My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and non-smoking, although they did show signs of long term stays. The seating was sufficient, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with technology that could use an upgrade. The location was beautiful, reminiscent of Caribbean and Mexican resorts, but the cold weather was unexpected. The dining experience was wonderful with a variety of fresh options.
